Back-up shooting guard Eddie House was signed to give the Nets instant offense off the bench, but that will have to wait until December.  House had knee surgery in the off-season and the rehab is taking a little longer than the team thought it would.  Josh Boone (F/C), one of the Nets first-round picks, had shoulder surgery before the draft and will be out until January.
