The Nets dominated the OT period as they thumped the Bulls. Richard Jefferson had a huge game to lead the way for the Nets with 29 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocked shots. Vince Carter also had a stat sheet stuffer with 24 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots. Antoine Wright was an assassin off of the bench for the Nets as he scored 21 points, snatched 3 rebounds and blocked 2 shots in 28 minutes. Jason Kidd was all over the place as he finished with 7 points, 8 rebounds, 13 assists and 5 steals. The Nets are now 1-0 on the season.
