Sean Williams is looking like a steal for the New Jersey Nets
The New Jersey Nets went into this year’s draft with an acute need for a big man in the paint so they took a chance on F/C Sean Williams who had serious issues off of the court and the move is starting to pay off. Williams has played in 23 games so far this season and he is averaging 19.8 minutes, 7.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 0.3 assists per game. Most of his shots come from close range which explains why he is hitting 54.6% from the floor but only 69.8% from the free throw line. Look for Williams to see a bump in playing time as long as he behaves and keeps playing well.
