The New Jersey Nets have 8 free agents going into this summer

I see the Nets letting most of their 8 free agents (6 unrestricted, 2 restricted) leave town as they look to reload the roster. Power forward Kris Humphries is a unrestricted free agent with a player option for 2010-11. It will be interesting to see if he opts out or not but I have a feeling he’ll want to stay with the Nets. I don’t see the Nets bringing back any of their other unrestricted free agents likely letting Tony Battie, Trenton Hassell, Jarvis Hayes, Bobby Simmons and Chris Quinn walk away. Josh Boone is a restricted free agent and I see him walking away if he gets a big offer to go somewhere else. I do see the Nets picking up their player option on Chris Douglas-Roberts for next season as he is a decent player who works cheap.
