James played in 7 games (all starts) for the Nets this year and he averaged 24.7 minutes, 4.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, 0.4 assists, 1.0 steal and 1.0 blocked shot per game. He has now played in 32 games (16 starts) in his first two years for the Nets and he has averaged 18.0 minutes, 4.5 points, 3.7 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game. It’s unclear as to whether or not James will get a third year with the Nets due to his foot.

The Nets outscored the Sixers 15-8 in overtime last night in a very impressive road win. Deron Williams led the way for the Nets in this game with 34 points, 4 rebounds and 11 assists. Anthony Morrow (16 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal) and Kris Humphries (13 points, 19 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal) also had solid games for the Nets last night. Jordan Farmar (12 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists and 1 steal) and Mehmet Okur (11 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists) also pitched in for the Nets last night. The Nets are now 6-13 on the year.

The Nets were outrebounded 43-32 and the Bulls shot 57.3% from the floor on Monday Night and those were the biggest issues with the loss. Jordan Farmar led the way for the Nets in this game with 22 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists off the bench. Deron Williams did a decent job of running the offense as he finished up with 16 points, 2 rebounds and 10 assists. Anthony Morrow pitched in with 15 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist in this game. The Nets are now 5-13 on the year.

Anthony Morrow (19 points and 5 rebounds) and Jordan Farmar (13 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists) also pitched in with solid games for the Nets. The Nets are now 5-12 on the year.

The Nets only shot 31% from the floor and they were outrebounded 55-46, so it’s no surprise that they lost on Saturday.
